MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Dias Maritime Museum in Mossel Bay had an event to mark Marine Month on 27 October.
The programme director was Arno Munro of the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.
There was an item by Point High School's orchestra and the school's music head of department Louise van Wyk Visser played the piano.

Denise Lloyd, chair of the Friends of the Dias Museum welcomed guests and the museum acting manager Amanda Human gave an introductory speech.
Visual artist Albri Woodward was the guest speaker. The theatre group, Living Stage, gave a performance titled Mixed Masala.
Harold Muller, chairman of the Dias Museum Management Committee, gave a vote of thanks.
