MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A 35-year-old man was shot in the Cuba informal settlement off Mzamomhle Street, KwaNonqaba, just after 22:00 last Wednesday, 1 October.
A police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Pojie, said the KwaNonqaba Police arrived to find the man with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was rushed to a nearby hospital where the medical personnel declared him dead.
Pojie said the motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage and no arrests have yet been made.
