MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The KwaNonqaba Police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a 40-year-old man was shot at his residence in Queen Street, KwaNonqaba, last Friday, 13 June.
Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp, the spokesperson for the KwaNonqaba Police Station, said the incident took place at about 20:30.
He said when the police responded to the call-out, the victim had already been rushed to hospital.
Kapp said the man was shot in the shoulder. He is still in hospital, but is believed to be in a stable condition.
No arrests have been made at this stage. Kapp has urged anyone with any information on the incident to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Geoffrey Moos, on 044 606 5629.
