MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Sweet little Johané Dercksen (4) of Mossel Bay won two gold and two high silver medals at the Talent Africa Southern Cape regional finals at the weekend.
She has been modelling for a year, says her mother, Chantelle.
In the age group, three to five, Johané won gold for casual wear and fitness wear and high silver for fitness wear and swimwear.
She will be competing in the Talent Africa national competition in Cape Town on 13 October. Johané will also be taking part in the Miss Garden Route pageant in December, Chantelle says. One of the prerequisites is that Johané collects non-perishable foods for charity.
Johané is signed with Gemini Model and Talent Agency in Mossel Bay.
