MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A brand-new electric wheelchair was donated to the Garden Route SPCA Mossel Bay branch and is being sold by the branch to raise much-needed funds for the organisation.
The chair comes with a battery and a charger as well as interchangeable bumper colours.
