LENISE HENDRICKS: "Three of my 'children' performed at the festival - Keenan Daniels, Alicia van Wyk and Davene Anderson. I am an ex-teacher and now I mentor these performers. I just thought the programme could have been more integrated on the Saturday and Friday so that the audience could have been more mixed. If the theme is Where Cultures Meet, the programme should reflect that."
SHARON MARANTA: "Yes, I attended the Dias Festival. I enjoyed the whole vibe, the music was good and I definitely enjoyed the stalls. I went on the Saturday."
MURIEL KOMANI: "I didn't attend the festival because I couldn't get off work. But I would have loved to have been there. I am Mossel Bay born and bred. I could have sold vetkoek there. People are wanting vetkoek. My grandson went to the fest."
MARIA SAAYMAN: "I couldn't go to the festival because my feet were swollen, but I have gone previously and enjoyed it a lot."
