MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Artists Kobus Spies and Minda du Plessis, who held a successful joint exhibition in November last year, will be exhibiting together again during the Mossel Bay Arts Festival.
The exhibition will take place from 4 to 11 August at exhibition space in The Towns House, Market Street, in central Mossel Bay.
Du Plessis is a ceramicist and Spies paints mainly landscape scenes in oils. The exhibition will be titled, Dubbeldoor.
As part of the exhibition the writer and motivational speaker, Tania Smit, will speak on two occasions. Her most popular book is Hekelwoorde van my Hart. She is currently on tour in Namibia.
Entry to the exhibition is free, but tickets for the Tania Smit slots cost R150 each.Smit's talks will take place on Saturday, 5 August, and on Women's Day, 9 August, which is a public holiday.

The Dubbeldoor exhibition hours are:
- 8, 10 August: 09:00 to 17:00
- 11 August: 09:00 to 14:00
- 9 August (Saturday and public holiday): Exhibition open in the morning to Tania Smit/Hekelwoorde ticket holders only.
