MOSSEL BAY NEWS - For a person living with disabilities, 450kg of plastic bottle tops and bread tags are what is needed to buy a new wheelchair.
Kodak Express at the Heiderand Mall in Mossel Bay has kindly offered the shop as a drop-off point for bottle tops and bread tags for the St Blaize Mossel Bay Lions wheelchair project.
The Lions club five pillars of service are vision, hunger, diabetes, cancer and environment.
St Blaize Lions also collects old glasses frames, used to fund spectacles as part of Lions International Right for Sight programme.
Old hearing aids would also be appreciated. These projects help others while contributing to the development of a recycling culture.
