MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The three men accused of murdering Chivago Fillies (31) appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, 22 January.
The matter was postponed to Tuesday, 4 March, for the copying of dockets and a possible pre-trial conference.
Fillies, a resident of Extension 13 in Mossel Bay, was allegedly hit over the head several times and beaten in the early hours of 29 June last year.
He died from his wounds on 30 June, while in hospital.
The accused, Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey-Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19), were arrested the day after the attack.
The three were granted bail of R2 000 each in July last year.
