MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The executive mayor of Mossel Bay, Alderman Harry Levendal, is calling leaders of all religious denominations to attend a meeting on Tuesday, 12 March to consider and plan a day of prayer for Mossel Bay.
"Religious leaders of the greater Mossel Bay area are invited to support initiatives for a day of prayer for the town.
"Mossel Bay has experienced unprecedented incidents of violent protest in recent months. As the mayor, I invite the leaders on behalf of the Mossel Bay Council, to assist with the planning and arrangements for a day of prayer."
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, 12 March at 18:00 at the municipal Info Centre (Old Power Station) on Santos Beach.
