MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Da Gamaskop Police requests the community to assist them with information following the brutal attack of two men in Extension 13 earlier this week.
The victims are brothers and according to information, live with their mother in Extension 13.
The incident took place on Monday, 29 March at approximately 15:00 on the corner of John Brown and Marlin Streets when a group of youths, presumably from the JCC area armed with pangas, attacked the two victims aged 27 and 35 years old.
According to information, one of the seriously injured victims (27) has since succumbed to his wounds in hospital. The other victim, is still in hospital in critical condition.
The motive for the attack is still being investigated, but it is suspected that revenge following a robbery may have been the cause.
