MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND VIDEO - Motorists are advised that the low water bridge over the Kouma River in the Ruiterbos area outside Mossel Bay, is closed.
It has been flooded. The bridge is on the Haelkraal Road.
Henry Meyer, area manager of Agri Western Cape, the non-profit organisation for farmers, sent Mossel Bay Advertiser a video and photograph of the overflowing Kouma River.
They were taken at about 07:30 today.
At 08:30, the river was even more flooded than earlier this morning, Meyer said.
He farms in the area.
