MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The KwaNonqaba Police are investigating a case of assault with the intention to cause grievous bodily harm after a four-year-old boy was hit with a brick in Mayekiso Street, KwaNonqaba, last Friday afternoon, 26 September.
According to Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp, the KwaNonqaba Police Station’s spokesperson, the child’s mother was indoors when some children called to her from outside that her son had been hit with a brick.
She rushed outside and found her son with his face covered in blood. The suspect fled the scene. It is unclear who they are or what their motive for the assault was.
It has been reported that the boy had sustained a wound to his forehead and is recovering at home.
