MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The temporary road closure of Bill Jeffrey Avenue may affect access to and traffic surrounding Albert Luthuli, Extensions 13, 23 and 26, Alma Park, High Way Park and Khayelitsha.
The road closure, due to the upgrade of culverts, will take place from 11 January to 8 April for the duration of the construction period.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” says acting municipal spokesperson, Colin Puren.
