MOSSEL BAY NEWS - In May, Mossel Bay had a little taste of what it could be like to live in Monaco, thanks to the Justworx Daytona Rally bringing the hum of super car engines to town.
Although the racing team literally blitzed into town on their countrywide tour, they did not forget to pay their dues and paid another quick visit to Mossel Bay on Thursday, 17 June, to say thank you.
This they did in tangible form, donating R50 000 each to both the Mayoral Fund and the Mossel Bay Community Policing Forum (CPF).
The monies were raised during an auction on race day.

The Mayoral Fund contributes annually to various upliftment projects, especially among the youth, while the CPF plays an indispensable role in community safety.
