Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Klein Brak Beach will be open for swimming again tomorrow morning, Wednesday, 3 May.
This is according to Mossel Bay Municipality.
The beach was closed for swimming following the stranding of a Bryde's whale and sample taking during the weekend.
The carcass was disposed of. It is not known what caused the stranding.
The beach was closed for swimming because blood from the carcass leached into the estuary outflow, the municipality noted.
