MOSSEL BAY NEWS - About 100 babies are born in the Provincial Hospital in Mossel Bay every month and on average 50% of the mothers are single.

The Myrtle Tree NPO has identified a need to provide a hospital arrival starter pack of essentials for the newborn and the mom, so the NPO has started a Fill A Bag drive.

The first bags were taken to the hospital on Monday, 21 February.

Founder of The Myrtle Tree, Berenice Kogana Paulson said the NPO was looking for "donations for new mothers and their newborns, so they can feel love at first sight and touch".
