MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The man who was fatally stabbed in Asla Park on Wednesday, 2 April, has been identified as 33-year-old Siviwe Jacobs.

Jacobs was killed following a stab wound to his upper body on Wednesday afternoon. 

KwaNonqaba Police were alerted to the murder at about 13:00 and found his body in the yard of a home in the Giyani informal settlement in Asla Park.

KwaNonqaba Police Station spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp said police are investigating a case of murder and that the motive for the stabbing is under investigation.

Kapp said no arrests have been made at this stage.
