MOSSEL BAY NEWS & VIDEO - The Mossel Bay Municipality launched its 16 Days of Activism programme today, Friday 19 November.
The programme started with a motorcade, which began at the municipal building at about 09:00.
The motorcade proceeded through various parts of Mossel Bay.
A function is being held at the soccer field in Extension 23, where selected speakers are addressing the crowd.
