MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The St Peter's Church Blanket Project is in dire need of wool to continue its mission to keep Mossel Bay warm and comfortable with blankets.
This project has been in existence for more than 30 years. The blankets are made from squares, knitted or crocheted by generous ladies.
There are also baskets in most of the consulting rooms in Mossel Bay and visitors to the medical rooms are familiar with the baskets of wool and needles so patients can knit while they are waiting.
All donations can be handed in at the Bernina Mossel Bay shop in Marsh Street.
Any wool will be accepted. The knitters use anything from four-ply to chunky wool.
The project members say: "Thank you for your support to help keep everyone warm."
