INTERNATIONAL NEWS - A Zimbabwean lawyer is putting President Robert Mugabe's health in the spotlight as he celebrates his 92nd birthday this month.

Tinomudaishe Chinyoka wants parliament to investigate if the president really is fit enough to rule.

Chinyoka is well known, both as a former student activist and as a lawyer who has practised in the United Kingdom.

He announced he was joining the ruling Zanu-PF in 2013, though state media now refers to him as an MDC activist.

Chinyoka has launched an appeal with the Constitutional Court over Mugabe’s continued fitness to govern.
