INTERNATIONAL NEWS - At least three officers were killed and more were injured Wednesday in a bombing outside the Police Officers' Club in North Sinai, Egypt's state-run Nile TV reported.

It was not immediately clear who was responsible for the attack.

North Sinai has been the site of regular militant attacks on security institutions as the army continues to battle an Islamist insurgency there.

The insurgency has spiked since the 2013 ouster of Islamist President Mohamed Morsy.
