MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Bo-dorp Neighbourhood Watch is a professional, caring organisation, working to create a safe neighbourhood.
The watch has been operating for more than six years, with major successes.
Mossel Bay Bo-dorp Neighbourhood Watch, however, uses and still needs volunteers from the community to fill the two hour patrol slots. It uses men and women over the age of 18 years to cover four shifts every night for two hours.
The mission of the Bo-dorp Neighbourhood Watch is to observe, convey information and to render assistance.
According to chairman Leon van Dyk, it requires donations to get a control room up and running.
"Donations are always welcome to fund the Bo-dorp neighbourhood projects," says Van Dyk.
For more information on joining the neighbourhood watch or to make a donation, contact Van Dyk (082 651 6228) or visit the website or the Mosselbaai Bo-dorp Buurtwag Facebook page.
The patrol vehicle can be contacted on 061 534 0740.
