GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - A murderer received a strong message from regional court magistrate Makamandela when he was sentenced to an effective 12 years in prison on 13 February.
Sivuyile Moqaqana (31) was found guilty of murdering Vuyisile Ntanye (36) during an altercation on 20 May 2017 in Blom Street in Asla Park.
Ntanye died on the scene from knife wounds and Moqaqana was arrested on the same day the crime was committed.
The regional court prosecutor was Bonita Abrahams and the matter was successfully investigated by Wo Geoffery Moos of the KwaNonqaba police station.
