MOSSEL BAY NEWS - It is tradition for distinguished guests at the Dias & Port Festival, especially the consuls general visiting Mossel Bay, to be invited to a special welcoming function.
This year the function was held in a historical Mossel Bay sandstone house, now known as Betty's Boutique Hotel.
