MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Women are invited to an exciting, feel-good event to be held in May in Mossel Bay.
It is titled, I am Mrs ..., but is for every woman, married or single.
The conference on 8 May will be based on the scripture, "As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over His bride, so will your God rejoice over you." (Isaiah 62:5, NIV)
It takes place from 14:00 to 16:00.
The speakers will be Dr Ziva Spangenberg and Khanyisa Gadu.
Ziva is in full-time in ministry after being in the corporate sector, with her own businesses, for 25 years. She speaks at events and is the author and publisher of several of her own and other people's books and e-books.
Fragrance
Ziva is a perfumer entrepreneur and will talk specifically on the topic, The fragrance of a woman.
Khanyisa Gadu describes herself as a "wife, mother and woman of God".
She has been married for 14 years. She advocates for marriage and is a marriage counsellor. Khanyisa believes marriage is a Godly institution, in which two imperfect people are joined together by a perfect God.
The host and master of ceremonies of the event will be Berenice Kogana Paulson.
She is the only semi-finalist from Mossel Bay in the Mrs South Africa pageant. "I am proud to represent Mossel Bay and the Southern Cape in the competition," Berenice says.
She is passionate about women's empowerment. She works full-time for the Mossel Bay Municipality and is also a part-time host on EdenFM radio station, the chair of the Louis57 Golf Academy Transformation Trust and the founder of an NPO, The Myrtle Tree (A shade for single mothers).
Last month Berenice self published an autobiographical book, Ek's Uit!
