MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND VIDEO - Sitting at home with children making you crazy? Are they tired of watching movies, playing games, running around the house or sitting on the internet?
Here is a cheap do-it-yourself project that can keep the children busy, creative and be safely done when outdoors.
Mossel Bay Advertiser journalist, Jannie du Plessis spent some time making a Covid-19 DIY creation.
Now you can send your idea in to us. The best idea will receive R200 from the Mossel Bay Advertiser.
It is cheap and you just need a few refuse bags of any colour, preferably the stronger type. The lighter the colour, the cooler it will be. A video on the Mossel Bay Advertiser website will give some guidelines, but you will soon see that your children will come up with amazing creations.
Just give them a few refuse bags, sharp scissors, clear box tape and a measuring tape.
Clothing can be labelled, such as, "COVID-19 Creation by Jannie" and children can have fun with stripes, emblems and pictures on it.
Send us one photo and a video (less than three minutes) to jannie@groupeditors.co.za or WhatsApp 082 653 2273.
On the video, state your name and tell us about your creation.
Entries must reach us on or before Sunday, 19 April.
The winner will be announced on the Mossel Bay Advertiser website, facebook and in the newspaper.
