MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The children of "die gat" in Mayixhale Street can boast a brand-new netball court from yesterday, Monday 4 October.
The acting Mayor, Alderman Dirk Kotzé, visited the area last week and noticed that a large number of children were playing netball in the parking area.
These enthusiastic, young people organised their own matches, temporarily marked out their own court and even provided their own poles.
With the assistance of several sections of the municipality, a newly painted, standard size court is painted for the children.
