MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Municipality today presented a day housing summit addressing issues like the status of human settlement provision in the municipal area, as well as the new housing delivery model.
The impact of this new model on the municipality in terms of land availability, the housing demand database and the housing pipeline were also on the agenda as well as anti-land invasion actions.
Among the presenters were representatives from the Western Cape Department of Human Settlements and Garden Route District Municipality.
Carel Venter, the Mossel Bay Municipality’s Director of Planning and Economic Development, was the facilitator.
