MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A fundraising event for Point High School Grade 11 learner Gerrard Brandt took place at the Bravo Lounge, Garden Route Casino, on Saturday, 30 September.
The family thanks all those who helped organise it and who supported it.
Gerrard was selected for a team taking part in a hockey tournament in the Netherlands currently. It started on 1 October and ends on 9 October.
Also known as, Tjoppie, Gerrard is an all-rounder who also plays rugby, cricket and golf.
He even sings.
Mossel Bay education specialist and popular speaker at functions, Claire du Plessis, was the master of ceremonies at the event.
