MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A man was allegedly set alight and burnt to death in the early hours of the morning today, Friday 4 November, in KwaNonqaba, Mossel Bay.
The victim has not been identified, police spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp says.
Four people have been arrested after being pointed out by witnesses. The four, aged 20 to 24, are being detained and will appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court either on Monday or Tuesday, Kapp says.
