MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Good news for Mossel Bay is that the judges in the Allegretto Eisteddfod were here this week and will still be here until tomorrow, Saturday 23 April, to adjudicate in this interprovincial contest.
Last year, because of Covid-19, entrants had to send in videos of their performances.
They could not perform live in front of the judges, so the students were keen to experience the adrenaline of exhibiting their skills in front of judges this week.
This year mainly speech and drama, violin and art students were competing in Mossel Bay.
The judging took place at the NG Moedergemeente church in Church Street and St Peter's Anglican church in Marsh Street.
If you are a drama, music or art teacher and your students took part in the eisteddfod, let us know how they fared and send us photographs. Call 084 589 4741 or email lindas@groupeditors.co.za.
