MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Just Breathe in Care of Cancer is a non-profit organisation established by a multidisciplinary team representing pathology, radiology, general surgery and oncology in Mossel Bay.
These medical professionals treat patients diagnosed with cancer in Life Bay View Private Hospital. The team meets regularly to discuss optimised treatment plans for complex cancer cases.
Just Breathe in Care of Cancer set out to develop the support and communication provided to cancer patients.
On Thursday, 25 August, the team donated special knitting wool to the voluntary knitters of Bardolino Retirement and Lifestyle Village. Their contribution forms part of care packages given to patients undergoing surgery for breast cancer.
