MOSSEL BAY NEWS - ArtSpace hosted its second concert in collaboration with Mossel Bay Creative Cultures Association (MOCCA) last Thursday.

During the event, a delightful mix of entertainment was presented, whilst arts practitioners shared their vision and mission for the arts, especially with regards to their genre in Mossel Bay and surrounds.

Newly crowned Mossel Bay's Got Talent winner in die dance category, DTrix was a hit, along with the ball room dancers from DD Dance Studio had the audience's feet itching to dance along. Poet Lluyle Arendse swept the audience away with his emotive piece. The talented young actors from the Living Stage Drama Group performed their award winning piece Mix Masala, whilst hip hop artists, Major and Crystal Blaq shared excellent beats and lyrics with the audience. Vocal duo Clayton and Karin Cupido, as well as Zanah Lee Erasmus were a thrill as always, paired with cabaret artist Petronel Baard.

ArtSpace is a new platform for the performing arts, operating from the Dias Museum.
