MOSSEL BAY NEWS - On 20 October the Department of Health made vaccinations against Covid-19 available to teenagers aged 12 to 17.

At this stage, only a single Pfizer dose has been approved for teenagers.

According to the department, it is likely a second dose will be offered at a later date.

Deputy mayor of the Mossel Bay Junior Town Council, Ethan-John Carstens, had his vaccination at the Alma Clinic, KwaNonqaba, on 26 October, two days ahead of his 17th birthday.
