MOSSEL BAY NEWS - "Never underestimate the difference you can make."

Those were the words of encouragement from the station commander of the Da Gamaskop Police, Colonel Mark Hartzenberg, at the station's year-end event, themed Tourism Against Crime - Celebrating Excellence. At the event, members were richly rewarded for their hard work during 2019.

The sponsored prizes amounted to almost R42 000 in value.

The event was held in the Mossel Bay town hall on Friday, 29 November.

"I am honoured and blessed to be trusted to manage 110 police officials and together with them, secure the safety of the residents in our area. To do this, I do not rely on my own strength and understanding. I rely on strength and wisdom from God," Col Hartzenberg said.
