MOSSEL BAY NEWS - At the monthly council meeting in August councillors unanimously thanked Rozain Hansen for her dedicated and selfless work and wished her well on her future endeavours.

Rozain has joined the Democratic Alliance as the Eden Group Campaign Coordinator in preparation for the run-up to the 2019 national election.

The political leader of the Mossel Bay constituency, Jaco Londt, welcomed Rozain into the party fold.

He also announced the promotion of Reche van Wyk who will forthwith serve as the Regional Administrator and Balungile Sakasa, Mossel Bay's new Field Support Organiser.

"The party is fortunate to have such an experienced campaigner in Rozain Hansen back in our ranks, leading the team in the biggest district of the region," Londt said.

He added: "I am excited about the dynamic team that the DA has to take us into the election.

I am especially pleased about the three strong women from Mossel Bay who will play a critical role in our election campaign."
