MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Curro Mossel Bay this week handed over Curro Care Boxes to Creating Effective Families.
The learners had to put together a care box for a baby, a boy of a girl, or a box filled with groceries.
Creating Effective Families (CEF) was selected because of their work towards helping the victims of domestic and gender-based violence.
The CEF shelter provides a safe haven to the victims of domestic and gender-based violence.
"We are grateful to all the parents who supported this project. A special mention goes to Christiaan Bothma, who despite writing his Grade 12 final exam, contributed three boxes towards the project," says coordinator of the project Tanya Adams, an educator at the school.
