MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The KwaNonqaba police station is closed after one of the members at the station tested positive for Covid-19.
Southern Cape police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie says all services provided by the station will relocate to the KwaNonqaba Community Hall situated opposite the Kwanonqaba SAPS.
"The Covid-19 protocol was activated due to one of the members at the station testing positive for Covid-19," said Pojie. "The member is currently in self-isolation and protocol is being followed to trace all those that might have been in direct contact with the member."
Decontamination of the station will be done tomorrow. The station will reopen on Monday 8 June.
All cases will be diverted to Mossel Bay SAPS.
