MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The KwaNonqaba Police are investigating the murder of a 46-year-old man, who was shot several times on Thursday, 12 September at 20:45.
According to eyewitnesses the man, Khayalethu (Whitey) Ntetha, a taxi owner was loading a taxi and trailer alongside his staff when two unknown men approached him.
They allegedly made enquiries regarding trailer repairs and then both men produced firearms and fired several shots at Ntetha.
The police were notified immediately, but on their arrival at the scene, found that Ntetha had been taken to a local hospital in a private vehicle.
He was declared dead on arrival at hospital. A police spokesperson confirmed Ntetha had several gunshot wounds to the head, neck and chest.
