MOSSEL BAY NEWS -  The Mossel Bay Business Chamber held its monthly networking event at the Diaz Hotel last week and guests had a culinary treat.

It took place on Tuesday, 19 July, and was extremely well attended. The Chefs' Emporium venue in the hotel was abuzz with chatter.

Presentations were given by the Auxano Group, which includes the Auxano Foundation and the Auxano Training Institute (ATI), as well as the Mossel Bay Care Centre, an NPO which feeds and helps to educate needy children; Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA); and 3@1 Properties, a new member of the chamber.

Guests were treated to a delicious spread prepared by the young trainees of the Auxano Training Institute chef school.
