MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The local police discourage members of the community to not give money to vagrants.
“It has come to our attention that vagrants have positioned themselves at the traffic circle on Melkhout Street, Heiderand at the Mosselbaai Mall where they have been seen begging.
Motorists that stop to aid them, are not only causing a disturbance to traffic flow, but this could give rise to other problems in the area.
We urge members of the public not to hand vagrants any money of food.”
