MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Amoré Barnard (7) and her mom and dad, who live in Pretoria, often visit Mossel Bay. Last time they were on holiday in Mossel Bay, during the June school holidays, they were delighted to discover a rock near the Point tidal pool, which has a hole through which you can see the St Blaize Lighthouse.
Inspired by this and cellphone photographs that her mom, Daleen, took of the lighthouse through the hole, Amoré, did a painting of the lighthouse.
Daleen sent the painting to the Mossel Bay Advertiser.

Amoré is in Grade 2 at Lynnwood Primary School in Pretoria.
The school had an art festival this week and her artwork was on exhibition there.
