MOSSEL BAY NEWS - At the monthly council meeting, Mossel Bay's executive mayor, alderman Harry Levendal, congratulated the municipal manager, Advocate Thys Giliomee, the finance directorate and all municipal employees for their contributions towards the 6th clean audit awarded to the municipality of Mossel Bay.

The municipality first received a clean audit in 2011. 

A Gold Certificate of Excellence was awarded to Mossel Bay recently by the Premier of the Western Cape, Ms Helen Zille. A

t the monthly council meeting on Thursday, the mayor said the only municipality that tops Mossel Bay in this regard, is the Swartland Municipality that boasts 7 clean audits.
