BUSINESS NEWS - In the bustling heart of Sandton, a story of determination, resilience, and community support is making waves.
Nedoboni Ndivhuwo, a local entrepreneur, has turned his dreams into reality, inspiring countless others along the way.
When Ndivhuwo highlights his journey, from humble beginnings in a home office to a thriving enterprise with over 1 566 clients, it is a testament to the transformative power of determination and support, exemplified by the Black Umbrellas programme.
As the CEO of Value-able Consulting, he said that the company was conceived in 2018 when he and his partner, Mulondi Nthulana, noticed a critical gap in the market.
“Smaller clients were often neglected, missing out on the benefits enjoyed by larger firms, and we were determined to address this disparity by focusing on prioritising these smaller clients, promising excellent service, quick turnaround times, and thorough compliance education.”
The 34-year-old elaborated that his entrepreneurial journey was not without obstacles, as he faced many challenges finding staff that aligned with the company’s vision and dealing with late-paying clients.
“However, these hurdles only spurred further growth and refinement, pushing the team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.”
Above all, Ndivhuwo highlights that through dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he has managed to inspire others and build a legacy of success.
“My passion for empowering others is a driving force behind my success.”
Ndivhuwo believes in the power of individual actions to create a ripple effect of positive change.
“My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear: never give up and be willing to make sacrifices. Perseverance, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of one’s dreams are essential for success.”
He added that beyond the success of his company, they have created numerous job opportunities, established a learning environment for graduates, and implemented a mentorship programme that promotes skills transfer and on-the-job training.
“We are currently training 450 students on new venture creation, hairdressing, and commercial cleaning, and this culture of growth and development is a key component of their ethos.”
