On Monday night, SAA obtained a temporary order banning Business Day from publishing the memo that said for SAA to continue operating as it is could constitute reckless trading.
The chair of the South African Airways Pilots Association, Captain John Harty says he can't comment on this issue publicly because his organisation has an agreement with SAA to not speak to the media at the moment.
