MOSSEL BAY BUSINESS NEWS - Pick n Pay Bay Side Centre knows people are their most important asset in the business, and without their support they could never have offered customers the best service and a world class shopping experience. Each month they select an Employee of the Month - someone who lives up to their values of service excellence and excell beyond expectations.

This year, for the first time, they have awarded their people with Certificates of Recognition for all of their hard work and commitment. They took their rewards one step further and asked their staff and management to nominate the "Best of the Best".

Based on this feedback, two outstanding Pick n Pay Bay Side employees, Elrina Rondganger and Emile Sebastian received their certificate of excellence and are recognized as Employees of the Year.
