BUSINESS NEWS - The Nomads Motorcycle Club of Cape Town is thrilled to host the Buffalo Rally again this year at the ATKV Hartenbos resort.
It will take place from 11 to 13 April and it will be the 17th time the rally is held in Mossel Bay.
Chairman of the Nomads Motorcycle Club, Luderick Jacoby, said: "With thousands of riders coming together for this exciting event, we ask for the community's patience and understanding over the weekend as we do our best to minimise disruptions.
"One of the ongoing concerns has been the revving of motorcycles late at night.
"While we actively work to prevent this, it remains a challenge, given the size of the event. We appreciate the support of the residents and hope everyone enjoys the weekend just as much as the motorcyclists do."
Members of the public can experience the event on Saturday, 12 April, by paying a day entry fee of R250 per person (no under 18s allowed). Tickets will be on sale, only on Saturday, from 08:00, at the Late Entry Container Office in Paardekraal Avenue, Hartenbos.
A key highlight is the motorcycle procession on Saturday, starting at 11:00 from George Road, near the De Bakke Santos seaside resort entrance.
The route will take riders through The Point, along the R102, Louis Fourie Road, the N2 and back to ATKV Hartenbos via exit 397, the Oudtshoorn/Hartenbos offramp.
"We look forward to an amazing weekend, filled with camaraderie, adventure and a shared passion for motorcycles," said Jacoby.
