Die Suid-Kaap se kwalifiserende Sterkman-kompetisie, is die afgelope Saterdag in bewolkte, koel weer by die Seefront in Hartenbos aangebied. Drie Suid-Afrikaanse rekords en 'n nie-amptelike wêreldrekord is opgestel in die doodstoot gewigoptel-item. Die rekord van 245kg vir juniors o.16's het die meeste mense laat gons.
