Flags were raised and anthems sung at the Mossel Bay Town Hall on Sunday afternoon in a ceremony prior to the FIPS-M First Light Tackle Boat Angling World Championship, which will be held in the bay from tomorrow until 18 March. President of FIPS-M, Gilbert Zangerle, gave a speech. With him was Attilio la Porta, secretary general of FIPS-M.
